The Beauchamp Betrothals, Book 1
I’m so excited about this book! The hero, Leo Beauchamp, Duke of Cheriton, was the very first hero I ever wrote. Of course, he has been through many incarnations since that very first effort but, at last, he has stepped out from the shadowy existence of a secondary character in From Wallflower to Countess, Return of Scandal’s Son and Saved by Scandal’s Heir to star in his very own story!
And not only does he have his own story, but Cinderella and the Duke is the first book in The Beauchamp Betrothals trilogy.

And here is the cover – I love the way the Harlequin Art department have captured Leo’s strength and self-confidence!
This is the cover for the North American market – as always there are some differences between the Harlequin cover and the Mills & Boon cover for the UK market. You can see the Mills & Boon version of the cover on the Welcome page of this site.
The couple are further from the camera in this shot, and more of that gorgeous stained glass window is visible, plus more of the chaise longue. But the dress in the Harlequin cover is a duller blue – I think I prefer the peacock shade of the dress in the Mills & Boon cover.
Which do you prefer overall?
